Deposit Policy

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

  • Deposit amounts range from $50-100

  • Deposits go toward the total of the tattoo.

    • If the tattoo is done in sessions, the deposit will apply to the last session.

  • No call, no shows will result in being charged for the time that was booked AND will require a new deposit to rebook.

  • Failure to provide at least 24 hour notice will result in loss of your deposit, and you will be required to put down a new one to rebook.

  • Appointment date or time is NOT secured until a deposit is in place.

  • Deposits that are older than 6 months since your last appointment are no longer valid (active duty military is exempt)

  • Complete/ major design changes made within 48 hours will require a new deposit.

  • You may reschedule 2 times per appointment before your deposit is confiscated and you will need to place a new deposit in order to rebook.

    • If I need to reschedule, it will not count against you.

  • Deposits can be made electronically via an emailed Square invoice OR in person at the shop.

    • If the deposit is being done electronically, please note that it must be completed within 48 hours.

  • If you need to cancel, I will honor your deposit for up to 6 months from the date it was received.

    • Cancellations need to be done a minimum of 48 hours in advance in order to avoid losing your deposit.

  • If you are 20 minutes or more late to your appointment you may risk losing your deposit and/or be asked to reschedule for a different day.

    • Please call the shop, email me or message me on Instagram to let me know if you are running late, I understand things happen!
